Do Less. Do It Better.

by Eduard Marti, Founder & CEO

Most people don’t get overwhelmed because they’re doing too much. It’s because they’re doing too many things that don’t really need them.

You wake up, check your phone, jump into email, jump into a call, forget half the things you meant to do, and end the day wondering what even happened. That’s not work. That’s chaos.

Automation isn’t about being fancy. It’s about getting your head back. It’s about putting small things on rails so you can actually think, create, lead—whatever you’re here to do.

Here’s how I use Abalmon to keep my day clean and my mind focused:

1. Don’t let your inbox decide your day

Emails are like little traps. You open one, it becomes a task. You open another, it’s a meeting. Instead of trying to track it all, just let the system catch it for you.
“If someone mentions ‘invoice’, create a task and tag it Finance.” Done. It’s in your flow, not lost in a thread.

2. Start the day already sorted

When I open Abalmon in the morning, it tells me what matters. Not everything—just what’s actually important. Meetings, deadlines, top tasks. It’s like having a personal chief of staff. Except it never forgets anything.

3. Stop repeating yourself

If you do something more than once, it shouldn’t be manual. Daily standups? Weekly reports? Just tell the system when and how to trigger them.
“Only assign the report if project X isn’t done.” Simple logic. Big relief.

4. Speak like a human, not a robot

I don’t have time to click through menus. I just say what I need:
“Remind me to send the proposal Tuesday at 9.” Boom. It’s on the calendar, linked to the right files, ready to go. This is how tools should work.

5. Don’t drop your ideas

Half of my best ideas come mid-conversation or mid-walk. Instead of forgetting them, I just say:
“Add a task to call Marta tomorrow about the event brief.” That’s it. It lands where it should—no jumping apps, no friction.

Final thought

The goal isn’t to do more. The goal is to stop wasting energy on stuff that doesn’t need you. That’s how you get time back. That’s how you get clarity.

Abalmon lets you move through your day without noise. You stay present. Focused. And in control. Try it and feel the difference.
